When dealing with expanding bandwidth and tighter optical limits on a daily basis, it is more critical than
ever that you receive exactly what you were promised. At Precor we understand this. We also realize
that sometimes specifications and requirements change in the blink of an eye. For these reasons,
Precor guarantees every stock and non-stock item we sell to our customers. In addition to each
manufacturer’s standard warranty program, Precor will accept the return of any stock item for 30
days from the date of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied with your product. No questions asked.

We have hand chosen our vendors over the past 11 years and have built strong working relationships
with all of them. Great support, both before, during and after the purchase, is what Precor Fiber Optics
looks for and expects from its vendors.

Note: Non-stocking items are subject to the seller’s discretion. All product must be returned in original packaging
and have a Precor issued RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted
without an issued RMA number. Precor reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee for returned items.

Non-Stocking vs. Stocking
At Precor we have always believed that there are various benefits to being a non-stocking distributor.
It allows us to put capital into areas such as service and personalized attention rather than tying it up
in inventory. It also ensures that you will get the exact product to meets your needs. You will never
be sold a product because it is on the shelf if it only "somewhat" fits your parameters. Being a non-
stocking distributor allows us to remain extremely current with our products in order to sell you the
best and most up-to-date product on the market. We also realize that certain items are needed on
a same-day basis. This is why we carry a stock of what we consider to be "emergency" items. These
include: patch cords of most configurations; attenuators; adapters; connectors; consumables and a
variety of tools. If we can’t fill your entire order, we would be happy to get you up and running with
a partial shipment and timeline the remainder.
